State of Mind is a collection of hand-crafted beanies that feature 10 clean, bold designs that are simple yet heavy with meaning. Their purpose is to act as a simultaneous representation and reflection of the current state of events whose definitions enjoy the ability to fluctuate depending on context, intent, and delivery. While coming across as a physical representation of our wants, needs and desires, the sole purpose is to make a singular statement that drips with a variety of interpretations.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP?
Since most of our goods are hand finished and/or made to order, please allow 5-10 business days for domestic shipment and 1-2 weeks for International shipping depending on what shipping option you choose.
HOW DO I GET FREE SHIPPING?
We offer free usps ground shipping on all u.s orders and free first class international shipping on orders $75 & over.
DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE U.S.A?
Yes, we ship worldwide. We offer two shipping carriers: United States Postal Service (USPS) and Fedx.
Delivery by USPS: Your order will be delivered to your country's Customs office by USPS. Your Customs office will process the package and then it will be delivered by your local postal service, usually the same one that delivers your mail to you. This option has very limited tracking and delays can occur during shipping, Customs processing and during final delivery.
Delivery by FedEx: Your package will be delivered to your Customs office and processed faster. FedEx delivers the package to you and there are fewer delays.
If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping costs or taxes. It can take 8 weeks or more for a refused or undeliverable package to arrive back to us. The original shipping cost is non-refundable.
Customs and Duty:
Your country's Customs office may add Customs taxes (VAT) and Duty to your package once it arrives at your Customs office. Customer must pay any customs, duties and/or taxes to the parcel carrier at delivery of the package. Your parcel carrier may contact you to arrange payment of these fees before the package can be delivered. If any package is refused or undeliverable, customer will be responsible for any return shipping or taxes.
You will receive a confirmation email once your item(s) are boxed up and ready to ship. It will include your tracking number and you can track your package from that email. Some tracking updates will not appear for a few days after the package ships, depending on where it is traveling to.
FedEx: Provides daily tracking updates. Your package will be delivered to your Customs office and processed quickly. FedEx delivers the package to you and there are few delays. Most packages arrive in the 3 - 5 business day estimate.
USPS: Very limited tracking. Your order will be delivered to your country's Customs office by USPS. You will see one tracking update once we ship the package, then possibly none while it travels to your country. Your Customs office will then process the package and this could take a couple days or a couple weeks or more, depending on how fast your Customs office is. Once cleared, it will be delivered by your local postal service, usually the same one that delivers your mail to you. Delays can occur for various reasons during shipping or while in Customs and we will not know why. Check your local postal carrier's website to see if there are any further details about your package once it clears Customs.
DO YOU GIVE TRACKING NUMBERS?
Once the item has shipped you will receive an automated email containing the tracking number. If you have not received an email with a tracking number, your order has not shipped.
WHAT COURIER IS USED FOR SHIPPING?
We ship our packages worldwide using FEDEX or USPS.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY?
Each order has a 24 hr grace period where the order can be cancelled for a full refund no questions asked. After the 24 hr grace period all sales are final and only an exchange or store credit will be accommodated.
You can exchange your item as long as the exchange is made no later than 7 days after receipt of your item. We will send a return label on us, for you to send the item back at no cost to you. The package must be sent back in its original state and in the original packaging or sturdy packaging. We are not responsible and will not accept damaged product as a result of improper packing.
After the 7 days, only store credit will be provided minus a $15 restocking fee.
Limited Edition or Collaboration pieces can only be returned within 7 days for store credit minus a $15 restocking fee.
HOW CAN I MODEL FOR FRESHIAM?
First, you need to be located in Atlanta, the Atlanta area or be able to travel to us at your expense.
If you have a comp card, send it to wussup (at) freshiam (dot) net with "Modeling inquiry" in the subject. If you do not have a comp card, send over photos with Size, this include bust/chest, waist, hips, shoe size, weight, height, eye color, hair color, nationality, and contact info. If we like what we see we will contact you to come in for test shots.
HOW CAN I INTERN FOR FRESHIAM?
You must live in or around the Atlanta area and have reliable transportation. You must be able to commit a minimum of 15 hours a week for a minimum 6 months.
