Yes, we ship worldwide. Since most of our goods are hand finished and/or made to order, please allow 2 weeks for shipment.
DO YOU GIVE TRACKING NUMBERS?
Once the item has shipped you will receive an automated email containing the tracking number. If you have not received an email with a tracking number, your order has not shipped.
WHAT COURIER IS USED FOR SHIPPING?
We ship our packages worldwide using FEDEX.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION/EXCHANGE/REFUND POLICY?
Each order has a 24 hr grace period where the order can be cancelled for a full refund no questions asked. After the 24 hr grace period all sales are final and only an exchange or store credit will be accommodated.
You can exchange your item as long as the exchange is made no later than 7 days after receipt of your item. You are responsible for the shipping cost to send the package back to us and for the shipping cost to send the package back to you. The package must be sent back in its original state and in the original packaging.
After the 7 days, only store credit will be provided minus a $15 restocking fee.
Limited Edition or Collaboration pieces can only be returned within 7 days for store credit minus a $15 restocking fee.
HOW CAN I MODEL FOR FRESHIAM?
First, you need to be located in Atlanta, the Atlanta area or be able to travel to us at your expense.
If you have a comp card, send it to wussup (at) freshiam (dot) net with "Modeling inquiry" in the subject. If you do not have a comp card, send over photos with Size, this include bust/chest, waist, hips, shoe size, weight, height, eye color, hair color, nationality, and contact info. If we like what we see we will contact you to come in for test shots.
HOW CAN I INTERN FOR FRESHIAM?
You must live in or around the Atlanta area and have reliable transportation. You must be able to commit a minimum of 12 hours a week for a minimum 6 months.
